Chicago, IL - Refined ladylike dressing

for women and dressier, yet relaxed looks for men define this year's holiday

fashions at Marshall Field's. You'll see bold and rich colors, tailored

looks, leather, faux furs and luxurious fabrics infused with classic style.

Rich reds, wine, burgundy and gold are

the predominant colors this season. Traditional black has returned along

with bold colors such as fuchsia, turquoise and bright greens. Glitter,

shine and lurex, as well as beading and embellishments are once again important

to holiday dressing.

Leather is the key component of the season

- seen in everything from pants, jackets, skirts and coats in a variety

of colors such as butterscotch, red, black, brown and exotic prints. Leather

pants replace denim jeans and can be worn with everything.

The 1950's glamour of faux fur also has

returned and is a perfect accessory for coats, collars and cuffs. Luxurious

fabrics such as mohair and cashmere can be found in women's men's and children's

areas in a variety of updated colors and styles.
